Everyone signs in the room. The seal is composed on the server from the stored original, so a doctored copy cannot smuggle in altered terms, and the sealed instrument is encrypted to the parties as it executes.

The room carries a ticker and a register: who holds what, allocated for work done and signed for. The contract and its cap table stay in the room where they were agreed.
